California released 4,561 criminal illegal aliens since January 2025. That number is from the Department of Homeland Security. Among the crimes those 4,561 people went on to commit: 31 homicides. 661 assaults. 234 sexual predatory offenses. Thirty-one homicides. These were not strangers from abroad. These were people the state of California had in jail. People ICE was asking the state to hold. The state, by written law, said no. And 31 Americans are dead. They should be alive.
