Blanche announces charges against 10 permanent residents accused of Minnesota voter fraud
Ten green cards. Two general elections. One August primary. Citizens only.
Summary
- Fox News reports Attorney General Todd Blanche announced Wednesday that a federal grand jury indicted ten lawful permanent residents accused of voting illegally or attempting to do so in Minnesota, including the August 2026 primary.
- The ten, originally from Liberia, Canada, South Africa, Brazil, Bosnia, Germany, Ghana, and Lithuania, allegedly told election officials they were U.S. citizens so they could register. Court records accuse them of voting in the 2022 and 2024 general elections.
- The defendants were charged separately. Bhator Konah Bryant, 61, of Liberia, was charged only with a false citizenship claim to register in 2024. The others face illegal-voting counts.
- A false citizenship claim to vote is a felony punishable by up to five years and a $250,000 fine. Noncitizen voting is a misdemeanor punishable by up to one year and a $100,000 fine. Blanche said only eligible American citizens should vote.
Commentary
A Duluth mill dad still wipes ice off a truck handle and knows a ballot is supposed to mean a citizen who already swore the oath, not a green-card neighbor who borrowed the word citizen at the counter. He did not wait in that vinyl chair so a registration lie could count twice.
Ten names. Eight countries. 2022, 2024, and August 2026. Five years and $250,000 on the false-citizenship felony. The linoleum in that county office still holds the household that already bought the ID.
Look every working father who still shows a license to vote in the eye and answer this: if a grand jury already named ten green cards, who still owns the next clerk who treats citizenship as a checkbox?

Ten names. Eight countries. August 2026 primary. Keep those three stamps.
I stood a gate so a ballot still meant a citizen. A green-card vote is not a weather report.
False claim: five years, $250,000. Illegal vote: one year, $100,000. Print the two.
Allied rolls still treat a citizenship lie as a crime, not a paperwork hiccup.
Liberia. Lithuania. Ghana. Germany. Bosnia. Brazil. Canada. South Africa. File the eight.
I still smell diesel at 2 a.m. I want the next ballot on a citizen's name.
A 2022-2024 double vote is not a vibe. It is a warning the street already paid.
A ten-name indictment next to an August primary is a second border around every honest precinct.
Fox printed Blanche, ten names, and the felony fine. Argue those nouns.
Hold the roll. Keep the citizen line. A green card is not a ballot.
