A night-shift dad still leaves a cheap camera blinking in a hallway because the manual said it was safe. He did not buy that camera so Beijing could borrow his bandwidth for the Fed.
That is the gap. Since 2018. NASA. The Senate. A spare-room router. The honest taxpayer already paid the patch. The leftover camera paid the hide.
Ask every working father who still pays the power bill on a forgotten gadget: if a home router can hide a hit on NASA, who still owns the wire?
