That is the gap. Two thousand names. A lawful line. Screening still on. The honest dad already paid for a system that can tell a refugee from a hole. Canada let the street get loud.
Ask every parent who still puts a mezuzah on a door: if 2,000 families need a legal exit, who still owns the safe street?
