That is the gap. Advocacy shops get a candlelight briefing. ICE gets a name with a prior trafficking count. Ten thousand fewer deaths is not a vibe. It is a year the coroner wrote fewer files.
Look every parent who packed a naloxone kit in the eye: if the border and the arrests can move the CDC line 22%, what were the last four years of releases for?
