Stolen ID. Paper LLC. CMS claim. $250 million already gone from a kids' meal program. The honest household already paid the tax that was supposed to feed a child. The linoleum in that clinic hallway still waits.
Look every working father who still buys his kid's lunch without a federal invoice in the eye and answer this: if Minnesota already made the billing easy, who still owns the next LLC that a self-reported form was allowed to open?

I stood a watch so a claim still meant a patient. A self-reported LLC is not a clinic.
