Fairfax gave a Tajik man found insane in his landlord's killing a day pass, a passport trip, and a flight out of Dulles.

A landlord's family still sits on vinyl chairs under fluorescent light, waiting for a system that already lost the body. Their man is dead. The man found insane in that killing got a day pass, a passport, and a boarding pass. Dulles did not ask the family for permission.
That is the gap. You wait 14 minutes behind locked glass to prove you own your own truck. He walked 20 miles to a passport window with a county escort and then walked onto a plane. Descano's office did not treat the passport as a siren. Miyares did.
Answer the widow, not the presser: if a sanctuary docket can refuse 615 ICE handoffs and then lose a killer to Dushanbe, who exactly is being protected?
