That is the gap. 6:59 a.m. A denied TRO. Four assault counts from a county that already treats ICE like a prop. The honest dad already paid for both the jail and the federal agent. Only one of them got a nationwide warrant.
Look every officer who still wears that badge in the eye: if a blue-city docket can hunt an ICE gun across state lines, who still owns the next door?

Extradition is a process. A federal judge already twice declined to cage him for Moriarty. Read the orders.
