A mother in a school lot still feels the heat off the dashboard and watches the door for a face she trusts. She does not get a transfer memo. She gets a child who has to sit in that room.
That is the gap. Sixty-seven findings. Fourteen new badges. Twelve still on a payroll in May. Reassign, do not fire, keep the record clean. McMahon called that what it is. A crackdown item. The district called it personnel. The vinyl chair in the waiting office is where the parent sits while the file moves buildings.
Look every father at that lot in the eye: if a misconduct finding is not a revoked license, what part of 'protect the kids' was ever a rule?

I lost a clearance for less. A classroom is not a lateral move after a student finding.
