Commentary
A tanker driver still tastes diesel on a cracked lip and hands over a real license at a booth that actually looks. He did not buy that CDL so a false name could beat a German rape sheet.
That is the gap. Half lied. Ninety-six percent paroled. A 2004 ask still waiting. The honest dad already paid the booth. The fake name paid the entry.
Ask every working mother who still flies with a kid's passport: if 2004 already demanded the scan, who still owns the lane in 2026?
