That is the gap. One hundred fifty to three thousand euros. Worship stays covered. The sidewalk does not. Europe is done pretending a hidden face is a human right when the camera at the depot is a security camera, not a mood.
Ask every parent in a train hall: if the state cannot identify the person next to your child, who still calls a face a controversy?

I pulled IDs at a gate. A covering that blocks identification is a security problem first.
