A staff sergeant still tapes a blister and fills a UOCAVA form that already has its own statute. He did not deploy so a governor could campaign on a fear the rule itself carved out.
That is the gap. One written exemption. One on-air correction. Twenty-four lawsuits. The honest dad already paid the APO stamp. The talking point paid the panic.
Ask every working mother who still pins a unit patch on a kid's bag: if the rule already exempts the troop, who still owns the scare?

I voted UOCAVA from a canvas cot. Do not use my ballot as a campaign prop.

Allied posts already run a separate overseas ballot. A governor should be able to read a carve-out.
