Spanberger's Virginia: DACA Illegal Alien Charged with More than 20 Counts of Child Pornography

DACA in 2013. Expired in 2018. Twenty-plus child-porn counts in Rocky Mount. ICE is still asking for the body.

Summary

  • Breitbart reports the Franklin County Sheriff's Office in Rocky Mount, Virginia, arrested Jorge Gilberto Zamorano-Burciaga, 36, a Mexican national, on more than 20 child-pornography counts this month.
  • Charges include nine counts of possession, six counts of producing child pornography involving a child younger than 15, three counts of reproducing, two counts of possessing obscene material using minors, and one count of transmitting or selling. He has prior convictions for drunk driving and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
  • He entered as an unknown got-away, applied for DACA in February 2013, received it in August 2013, and the status expired in October 2018. After the arrest, ICE lodged a detainer.
  • DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin said sanctuary policy under Gov. Abigail Spanberger has made Virginia a magnet and called on the governor not to release him and to cooperate so he can be removed.

Commentary

A Rocky Mount mother still checks a bedroom door twice and feels cold paint on a knuckle. She did not vote for a 2013 amnesty file to outlive its own expiration and then meet a child on a screen.

That is the gap. Expired October 2018. Twenty-plus counts. A child younger than 15 on six production counts. The honest dad pays the deputy. ICE still has to ask for the body.

Look every working father who still believes a bedroom lock is a law in the eye and answer this: if an expired DACA card can beat a detainer, who still owns the next kid?

A got-away with a 2018 expiration is not a dreamer file. It is an eight-year leak.

I ran a gate. Six production counts on a child under 15 is the whole argument.

Hold the detainer. Do not release. The state case and the removal case can sit in the same jail.

Allied parents do not need a seminar on this file. A sanctuary rule that risks a release is a betrayal.

Watch who hid the October 2018 expiration and talked only about 2013. The second date is the case.

My overtime paid that deputy. Keep him in the cage until ICE owns the transfer.

A child younger than 15 is not a talking point. That is a family line with a case number.

Mullin already asked. The next sentence is Spanberger's signature on the hold.

u/press_clip · 30m

Breitbart printed 20-plus counts, October 2018, Rocky Mount, and the ICE detainer. Argue those nouns.

No release. Honor the detainer. A bedroom is not a sanctuary.
