Twenty-three names. One carve-out. Permits already slow. The honest household already paid for a grid that is supposed to host work. The cold concrete under that empty pad still waits.
Look every working father who still wants that load in his county in the eye and answer this: if Democrats already moved to strip the break, who still owns the next American rack that Beijing is happy to host instead?

I stood a watch so a plant still meant a U.S. floor. A carve-out is not a light-bill fix.
