- Earthjustice has promoted environmental challenges to ICE warehouse conversions in 11 states, including four Texas sites: Baytown, El Paso, Los Fresnos, and San Antonio. The San Antonio site sits near a major airport, 30 hospitals, and multiple ports of entry.

A southeast-side machinist still smells diesel off Loop 410 and knows a warehouse is a box, not a river. He did not pay the SAWS bill so a national NGO could dress a deportation queue as a sewer emergency.
Sixty-six million. Seventeen point three. Fifteen hundred beds. The honest household already paid the levy. The study is the delay.
Look every working father who still wants a removal plane out of Texas in the eye and answer this: if a water memo can stall a bought warehouse, who still owns the next bed on that lot?
