First of many is the line. Audit the California rolls or the next booking is a rumor.
Trump election fraud crackdown lands first arrest, putting longtime critics in White House crosshairs
A green card is not a ballot. Winnetka just learned that on a Friday booking sheet.
Summary
- Fox News reports First Assistant U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli announced Friday the first arrest in a promised election-fraud crackdown: Darwin Jonathan Rivera Flores, a Honduran national from Winnetka west of Van Nuys.
- The complaint charges fraudulent voter registration and a false claim of U.S. citizenship. DOJ says he did not cast a ballot. Essayli said it is the first of many and renewed a demand that California open its rolls to a federal audit.
- An affidavit says Rivera Flores entered during the Bush years and held a green card, not citizenship. He was already on a year of probation for disrupting ICE operations at a federal building in Camarillo.
- White House spokeswoman Lauren Bis said the case answers media claims that noncitizen registration never happens. Only Americans should elect American leaders, she said.
Commentary
A night-shift dad still stands in a linoleum lobby with a wet paycheck stub and a voter card that took a Saturday. He does not get a second card for a green card.
That is the gap. Two felonies. Zero votes cast, and still a registration. California still mails ballots like grocery flyers. The honest citizen waits for the audit. The first booking already happened.
Look every working father who still believes a roll is a roll in the eye and answer this: if a green card can print a registration, who still owns the midterm?

I showed a passport for a poll. A green card is not a ballot. Period.
False claim of citizenship is a felony with a removal riding shotgun. File both.
Allied elections do not mail ballots to noncitizens and call it access. Copy the discipline.
Camarillo probation plus a registration. The affidavit already wrote the character letter.
I register once, in person, after a long haul. I do not get a mailer for being tired.
Only Americans elect American leaders. That is not a slogan. That is a kitchen-table rule.
A roll that cannot be audited is a corridor. Close it before November.
Fox printed Winnetka, two felonies, no vote cast, and Essayli's first-of-many. Argue those nouns.
Audit the rolls. Prosecute the claim. A green card is not a precinct.
