A specialist at a motor pool in Humphreys still changes a filter with red dust on the knuckles and knows who paid for the fuel blivet. He does not need a poll. He needs Seoul on the invoice.
That is the gap. Twenty-one thousand bodies. Eighteen thousand of them ROK. The U.S. still wrote 'as usual' on the check. Trump cut the pageant and kept the start date. Pyongyang will call it victory. A victory is a canceled alliance. This is a bill.
Ask every American who funded that exercise: if the partner wants the full script, who still gets a free rehearsal?
