Look every working father who still shares a porch light with a county jail in the eye and answer this: if ICE has to beg Richmond to honor a hold after a woman is already dead, who still owns the next knife on that street?

I stood a door so a hold still meant a pair of cuffs. A robe in Richmond is not a visa.
